At Simplicity Laser, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for most unused and unopened products.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact, and clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of the box.

  Ship the Item

  Send your package back to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method to ensure its safe arrival and processing.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
